Expeditions

At Fer à Cheval, we offer you different delivery options.

Fer à Cheval offers you your first delivery (France / Belgium and Monaco) from 25 € of purchase with the code BIENVENUE.
Subsequently, we offer delivery to relay points and homes from €75 including VAT for purchases in mainland France, Monaco and Belgium.

Here is some information that will help you choose your carrier:

• Chronopost Delivery to Relais Pickup 2 Shop: allows for delivery to relay point throughout France (between 3 and 4 working days).
• Colissimo offers you delivery:
• at home with signature
• pickup point
• Chronopost Home delivery: allows Express delivery at home the next day before 1 p.m. (1 working day).

For international markets, we offer deliveries with Colissimo (which will transmit your package to a local carrier).

All orders are prepared in our Marseille workshop. The usual preparation time is 2 to 3 working days. The delivery times of the carriers announced above are calculated after preparation of the order.

Any unusual extension of preparation or delivery times is reported upon purchase.

Important: the thresholds announced are non-contractual and subject to change at any time.

Tracking control

If you have a Fer à Cheval account, tracking your order is available directly in your customer account .

Returns & Right of withdrawal

At Fer à Cheval, we do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
However, in accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify us of your withdrawal request and request a refund of all or part of your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Note that goods that you have opened and which are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded from the right of withdrawal (for example, sealed cosmetics, soaps, etc.).
