My name is Marion, I'm an art teacher and decorating enthusiast, and with my husband Frederick we moved to the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel after our studies, where we renovated an old Norman farmhouse. For the past 2 years, we've been running a chambre d'hôtes, a tiny house and a gîte in a small village house that we've completely renovated.
What's your favourite home routine?
As we live at 200 km/h, I don't really have a routine, but I like to use products that are effective, but that I can also leave close at hand without having to hide them.
Which Horseshoe product is a must-have for you?
My favorite essential is the multi-purpose spray that follows me around the house, from the bathroom to the kitchen... I love it, it's super effective and natural, it doesn't irritate!
Do you have any special memories of Marseille soap?
For me, Marseille soap evokes memories of childhood vacations in Provence, as well as the family soap that sits by the kitchen sink... the one that everyone uses and that lasts a very long time :-D
What's your favorite room?
I don't have a favorite room, they change with the seasons, and I like to create warm atmospheres both outside, under the old pear tree or the pergola, and in the kitchen or living room.
Do you have any good addresses to share with us around Mont-Saint-Michel?
I recommend "La Brocante" in Precey, in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, an atypical place that's as beautiful as it is fun to hunt for bargains or relax with a drink! (beware, the place closes in winter!)
