At Fer à Cheval, we offer you different delivery options.

For Metropolitan France:

• Livraison à domicile (offerte à partir de 69€ d'achat) avec GLS ou Colissimo
• Delivery to a collection point (free from 39€ of purchase) with Mondial Relay

For international destinations, depending on your country, different delivery times will be offered. The relay point option is also possible, but only for certain countries.

Toutes les commandes sont préparées dans notre atelier de Marseille. Le délai de préparation habituel est de 1 à 2 jours ouvrés. Les délais des transporteurs annoncés dans votre panier, sont décomptés après préparation de la commande. Il arrive parfois malheureusement que les délais de préparation soit allongé, notamment en cas d'évènement climatique.

Returns & Right of withdrawal

At Fer à Cheval, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products and the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
However, in accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify us of your withdrawal request and request a refund of all or part of your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that goods that you have opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (for example, sealed cosmetics, soaps, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
