pump not working

I bought the bottle in April , the glass is very nice but when I received it the pump didn't work .
I informed customer service. After explaining the problem, they promised to send me a pump.
To date 19 08 , the pump has still not been replaced.
disappointed!

A sober, elegant glass bottle

A sober, elegant glass bottle. I would have liked the pump's spout to be longer and its end to be clear of the bottle's diameter. This would have facilitated dispensing. But it's fine as it is.
