Sardine Sardo Olive Soap 95g
Configure
Are you familiar with the 18th-century expression "C'est la sardine qui a bouché le port de Marseille"? It all goes back to 1780, when a boat named "Sartine" was precipitated onto rocks and ended up sinking in the channel at the entrance to Marseille's Vieux-Port. For a time, this prevented any other vessel from entering or leaving. By word of mouth, Sartine was transformed into Sardine and became a Marseilles icon.
As a nod to this history, discover Le Savon Sardine of Marseille, a sardine redesigned in a line drawing inspired by Street Art, whose skeleton reveals the name "Marseille" in calligraphy.
An original design, conceived and imagined by Sardo Marsiho, a contemporary, committed and self-taught artist.
