Great product, I recommend it many times over.
HOWEVER, with the Shop system, it is IMPOSSIBLE to track the delivery without downloading the app on your phone (even more absurd since I place the order on my computer and want to track it on my computer)... it's really annoying that they don't just give us the tracking number....

Very good results at all temperatures. Very light and pleasant fragrance. With low-calcium water, there is no need for fabric softener.
The only drawback is the packaging: the handle is very small and poorly placed, making it completely impractical...
